AI implementation for companies
AI implementation in your company: from decision to a working solution
We run AI implementations in companies with 20 to 300 employees. Together with the board we choose the processes where AI makes sense, launch the solution and measure the effect. One person is accountable for the whole, and the team does the agreed work.
Who it is for
Owners, boards and operations directors of companies that have run first AI trials and have at least one repeatable process with a measurable result. We work with companies in Poland, in Polish.
What we do
We choose a process and measure the baseline. We build an automation, an integration, an AI agent or a prototype, test it on a limited scale and recommend the next step.
What stays in the company
A working solution, a short manual, a process owner on your side and a metric with the threshold that calls for action.
- In short
- AI implementation starts with choosing one process and measuring how much time or how many errors it costs today. Only then do we choose the solution: an automation, an AI agent, an integration or a prototype. It ends with a decision based on measurement and a handover of the solution to the company.
Where should AI implementation start?
Gather the trials and ideas already running in one place. Choose a process that repeats, has an owner and has a result you can count: time, number of errors or response time to clients.
Before we build anything, we measure the baseline. Without it, nobody can honestly say what changed after the deployment. The selection criteria are covered in the guide How to choose an AI project for a pilot?
What does implementation look like, step by step?
The ongoing engagement has a simple rhythm that we repeat, updating priorities as we go.
- We get to know the company. We talk to the board and the people responsible for processes and gather trials and ideas. Result: a priority list, named owners, metrics and next steps.
- We run the chosen initiatives. We refine the scope, bring in the specialists needed and coordinate work on both sides. Result: visible progress, named obstacles and a list of decisions to make.
- We assess results and set the next step. We sum up effects, risks and lessons. Result: a documented decision – develop, improve or stop – and a plan with clear ownership.
Automation, AI agent or an application?
We do not start from the tool. When data is structured and the rules are fixed, process automation is usually enough. An AI agent makes sense where content varies and has to be understood, and a person approves the result.
When a process lives in a sprawling spreadsheet, a simple application built by someone who knows the process and taken over by IT is sometimes better. The comparison is covered in the guide AI agent or automation?
Examples of AI implementations with measurement
We describe every deployment with its baseline, the change and the measured effect. A pilot is marked as a pilot.
AI at a law firm: team reporting under control
Regular reporting gaps cut by over 80%
Seven hours a week recovered through monitoring public notices
Eight hours a week cut to one, 87.5% less human work
Scaffolding quotes in 15 minutes instead of 90. Twenty-five hours a month for other work
90 minutes per quote cut to 15, that is 25 hours a month
Forty-eight vehicles, four locations and eight hours less administration a week
Eight hours a week less administration, 32 hours over the measurement period
Twenty-four employee ideas, six tests and two uses in daily work
24 ideas, 6 tests, 2 uses and 24 hours recovered
Eight weeks after the training, 21 of 30 people were using AI regularly
Regular users 8 of 30 against 21 of 30 after eight weeks
The process had 17 steps. Ten were enough for the result needed
The process cut from 17 to 10 steps with five acceptance conditions
A report from 120 documents: analyst work fell from eight hours to two
Human work of 8 h against 2 h in a single comparison run
Uses we run most often
- Quote automation with AI – faster quote preparation with a person accountable for the correctness of the result.
- AI adoption after training – from a trained team to uses that happen every week.
- Information monitoring with an AI agent – regular checks of many sources with completeness control.
- Reporting automation – daily report retrieval and reminders about gaps.
What is in scope and what is not?
The monthly pool of hours covers the work of the lead person and the team: analysis, meetings, preparation, implementation, testing, documentation and coordination. It is not training, a tool licence or a one-off slide deck of recommendations.
We quote separately, before we start: dedicated systems, large integrations and migrations, ongoing maintenance, penetration tests and formal audits. Tools, licences and infrastructure are paid by the company.
Frequently asked questions
How is an External AI Director different from a Fractional Chief AI Officer (CAIO)?
It is a similar role: an experienced person runs the AI area in the company without being hired full time. The difference is execution. At dyrektor.ai the lead person works with a standing team that implements the agreed solutions and measures their effect, rather than only advising.
Is this AI consulting or implementation?
Both. We help you make the decision, then carry out or coordinate the agreed work within a monthly pool of hours. Large integrations, systems built from scratch, ongoing maintenance and formal audits need a separate scope and a separate quote.
Do you do an AI audit?
At the start of the engagement we bring order to the trials already running and do a Shadow AI audit: we check which AI tools employees already use and what risk that creates. Formal audits, for example of compliance or security, need a separate scope and quote.
How much does AI implementation cost?
We bill a monthly subscription with an agreed pool of hours from the lead person and the team. We set the amount after the first call, once we know the scale of work. Tools, licences and infrastructure are paid by the company.
How long does the engagement last?
The first three months are the minimum term: time to get to know the company, measure the baseline and launch the first solution. After that the engagement is open-ended and lasts as long as it brings the company value.
Do you work outside Poland?
The service is delivered in Poland and in Polish. The English pages describe the same service and the same results for readers who prefer English.
