Form terms

This is a translation for convenience. The binding version is the Polish one at dyrektor.ai/regulamin.

These terms set out the rules for using the “Book a call” form available at dyrektor.ai/en/book-a-call.

§ 1. General provisions

  1. The form is provided by Techrunners sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Lublin, Aleja Kraśnicka 27, 20-718 Lublin, Poland, KRS 0001047906, NIP 7123458757 (“we”).
  2. The form may be used by anyone who wants to talk about working together on the External AI Director service (“you”).
  3. Using the form is free of charge.

§ 2. Scope of an enquiry

  1. Sending the form is a request for contact in order to arrange a conversation about your company’s situation and possible cooperation.
  2. Sending the form is not the conclusion of a contract or the placing of an order. It does not oblige you to anything and does not oblige us to start working together.
  3. Content on dyrektor.ai is not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. The terms of any cooperation are agreed individually and confirmed in a separate contract.

§ 3. Conditions of use

  1. To send the form you need: full name, phone number, email address, a short description of the subject, and acceptance of these terms together with confirmation that you have read the privacy policy.
  2. You provide only your own data and are responsible for its accuracy.
  3. The form is for contact on business matters. Do not use it to send commercial offers, unlawful content or content unrelated to the purpose of the form.
  4. To use the form you need a device with internet access and a browser with JavaScript enabled.

§ 4. How we respond

  1. After sending the form you will see a confirmation on the page. We do not send an automatic email.
  2. We contact you by phone or email, usually within 3 working days, to arrange a time for the conversation.
  3. We may decline a conversation or cooperation, in particular where an enquiry does not concern our service, breaches § 3, or where we have no available dates. We will let you know if that happens.
  4. If sending fails, the form shows a message and your data stays in the fields. You can try again or write to hello@dyrektor.ai.

§ 5. Personal data

The rules for processing data provided in the form are described in the Privacy policy. The data controller is Techrunners sp. z o.o.

§ 6. Complaints

  1. You can raise concerns about how the form works at hello@dyrektor.ai.
  2. We respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

§ 7. Final provisions

  1. These terms apply from 4 September 2026.
  2. We may change these terms, for example when the way the form works or the law changes. A new version applies from the date of publication and does not affect enquiries sent earlier.
  3. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
