Privacy policy

This is a translation for convenience. The binding version is the Polish one at dyrektor.ai/polityka-prywatnosci.

This policy describes what data we collect on dyrektor.ai, why, who we entrust it to and what rights you have. We write it so it can be read without a lawyer.

1. Who is the data controller

The controller of your personal data is Techrunners sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Lublin, Aleja Kraśnicka 27, 20-718 Lublin, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs under KRS number 0001047906, tax ID (NIP) 7123458757.

For matters concerning personal data write to hello@dyrektor.ai or by post to the registered office. We have not appointed a data protection officer.

2. What data we collect and why

The “Book a call” form. When you send the form we collect: full name, phone number, email address, the subject of the call and confirmation that you accept the terms and have read this policy. We also record the date and time of sending and an enquiry identifier used solely to detect duplicates.

We use this data to respond to your enquiry, arrange a call and hold it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and, where needed, establishing or defending claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your enquiry.

Visit statistics. If you consent in the banner on the site, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which content is read and how the site performs. Google Analytics collects information about the pages visited, time of visit, device and browser type and approximate location based on an IP address that is not stored. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent we load no analytics scripts.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (IP address, request time, page address, browser type). We use them to keep the site secure and running, based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Who we entrust the data to

We use providers who process data on our behalf under agreements concluded with us:

• Make.com – the automation service that receives form data and passes it to us. Data is processed on servers in the European Union.
• Amazon Web Services – hosting of the site and server logs.
• Google Ireland Limited – Google Analytics 4, only after your consent. Google may transfer data to the United States under the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Beyond that we may disclose data only to bodies authorised under the law.

4. How long we keep data

• Enquiry data is kept until the matter is closed, no longer than 12 months from the last contact. If we sign a contract, data is kept for its duration and for the limitation period for claims.
• Analytics data in Google Analytics is kept for 14 months.
• Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it,
• rectify your data,
• erase your data,
• restrict processing,
• data portability, for data we process on the basis of a contract or consent,
• object to processing based on a legitimate interest,
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

To exercise these rights write to hello@dyrektor.ai. We respond within one month at the latest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

6. Cookies and analytics consent

The site runs without cookies until you consent to analytics. We store your decision (consent or refusal) in your browser so we do not ask again on every visit. That record does not identify you and is not passed to anyone.

After you consent, Google Analytics stores cookies in your browser:

You can change your consent at any time using “Analytics settings” in the site footer. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. Profiling and automated decisions

We do not profile you and we do not take decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we process data, we will update this policy and the date at the top of the page. The current version is always available at dyrektor.ai/en/privacy-policy.
