Privacy policy

This is a translation for convenience. The binding version is the Polish one at dyrektor.ai/polityka-prywatnosci.

This policy describes what data we collect on dyrektor.ai, why, who we entrust it to and what rights you have. We write it so it can be read without a lawyer.

1. Who is the data controller

The controller of your personal data is Techrunners sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Lublin, Aleja Kraśnicka 27, 20-718 Lublin, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs under KRS number 0001047906, tax ID (NIP) 7123458757.

For matters concerning personal data write to hello@dyrektor.ai or by post to the registered office. We have not appointed a data protection officer.

2. What data we collect and why

The “Book a call” form. When you send the form we collect: full name, phone number, email address, the subject of the call and confirmation that you accept the terms and have read this policy. We also record the date and time of sending and an enquiry identifier used solely to detect duplicates.

We use this data to respond to your enquiry, arrange a call and hold it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and, where needed, establishing or defending claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your enquiry.

Visit statistics. If you consent in the banner on the site, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which content is read and how the site performs. Google Analytics collects information about the pages visited, time of visit, device and browser type and approximate location based on an IP address that is not stored. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent we load no analytics scripts.

Marketing and ad measurement. If you consent to marketing, we run the Meta pixel (ID 5680226598868977) to see which ads on Facebook and Instagram end in an enquiry. The pixel passes Meta the address and title of the page visited, browser and device information, your IP address and the identifiers stored in the _fbp and _fbc cookies, and after a sent form a “Lead” event with the enquiry's technical identifier. Meta's “Automatically include additional page and product information” option is also on, which sends basic data about the page visited. We do not pass Meta your name, email address, phone number or the content of the “How can dyrektor.ai help?” field. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent we load no Meta script and send Meta no data.

Where the visit came from. If you arrive from an ad link, we store the campaign parameters from the page address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) in your browser's session storage and attach them to a sent enquiry so we know where it came from. These parameters describe the ad, not you, and they do not go to Meta or Google.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (IP address, request time, page address, browser type). We use them to keep the site secure and running, based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Who we entrust the data to

We use providers who process data on our behalf under agreements concluded with us:

• Make.com – the automation service that receives form data and passes it to us. Data is processed on servers in the European Union.
• Amazon Web Services – hosting of the site and server logs.
• Google Ireland Limited – Google Analytics 4, only after your consent. Google may transfer data to the United States under the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Limited – the Meta pixel, only after your marketing consent. For the pixel's events we are joint controllers with Meta on the terms Meta sets in its controller addendum; Meta also uses this data for its own purposes, including ad profiling, and may transfer it to the United States under the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Beyond that we may disclose data only to bodies authorised under the law.

4. How long we keep data

• Enquiry data is kept until the matter is closed, no longer than 12 months from the last contact. If we sign a contract, data is kept for its duration and for the limitation period for claims.
• Analytics data in Google Analytics is kept for 14 months.
• Events passed to Meta are kept by Meta under its own rules. We keep no separate copy of them.
• Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it,
• rectify your data,
• erase your data,
• restrict processing,
• data portability, for data we process on the basis of a contract or consent,
• object to processing based on a legitimate interest,
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

To exercise these rights write to hello@dyrektor.ai. We respond within one month at the latest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

6. Cookies and consents

The site runs without cookies until you consent. We ask about analytics and about marketing separately, and you can accept or refuse each independently. An earlier consent to analytics alone is not treated as consent to marketing. We store your decision in your browser so we do not ask again on every visit. That record does not identify you and is not passed to anyone.

After you consent, these cookies are stored in your browser:

You can change or withdraw your consents at any time using “Privacy settings” in the site footer. After a withdrawal we delete the cookies tied to that consent and send no further data. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. The “Book a call” form works regardless of these consents, including when you refuse both.

7. Profiling and automated decisions

We do not profile you ourselves and we do not take decisions about you based solely on automated processing. If you consent to marketing, Meta uses the data from its pixel to profile ads on its platforms under its own policy. You can limit that in your Meta account settings, and after you withdraw consent in our site footer we pass Meta no further data.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we process data, we will update this policy and the date at the top of the page. The current version is always available at dyrektor.ai/en/privacy-policy.
